AGM update

Dear all

Thanks to all who came on Friday night to the 2nd AGM this year. As president I have delight in keeping you up to date with our news...

1. Ride start time - 1st Sunday after the clocks change we start at 9am... 1/11/09

2. 1st Sunday of every month will be a longer ride, e.g. 60 - 70 in winter max.. Post on the website blog and this forum regarding the destination and start point, as we agreed that some rides may be park and ride to get on new roads... 1/11/09 I will organise a 60m ride, December is Humber bridge - organiser Nick Baker, and January is open (volunteer please), Feb - Nick Oldroyd is the organiser. I hope we can all support these CLUB rides..

3. Club shirt order is ready to be despatched this week, just to confirm please can you return this mail with any order you are expecting to be made so I can check I have everyones needs met.. Thanks

4. MAJORCA 2010 - Steve G is booking this week for group A, Mick for group B. Approx cost 420, 9th May 2010 for one week.

5. XMAS do - monies outstanding to David please asap..
