Time Trails 'Garforth Wheelers-Cyclesense'

As we are now registered as a sponsored club with the CTT anyone who wishes to take part in any CTT events will be able to wear their club kit.
When entering any CTT events please remember that the club name is 'Garforth Wheelers-Cyclesense'.
If anyone requires a Handbook please let me know and I will order them, they are priced at £7 each.

For sale - rear mudguard £8

For sale is new black SKS aluminium plastic mudguard for rear wheel £8. Does not fit my bike. This is the one that mounts to the frame properly rather then just the clip on. If you're interested, contact Lukas.

Christmas get together Sat 8th December

George Rooks has booked Scarthingwell on the 8th Dec for the Christmas get together, he is however away for the month leading up to the date and now requires person or persons to take over the arrangements!!
Paul Walker did it last year so can someone else please volunteer or the date will be lost!

12 HR National Championship

We have had a request from Elmet CRC ;who are promoting this years 12 HR National Championship on 29th July; to see if anyone is available to help marshal the event.

Bedale weekend - from Fri 31 Aug

This year's Bedale trip is planned from Friday 31st August to Sunday 2nd September. Book your place with Adelle ASAP. Deposit of £10 required.
Cycle up on Friday, stay 2 nights.

CTT Affiliation

Please be aware that although we are members of the CTT, we must ride in plain clothing as our club clothing carries a sponsor and we are not registered as a sponsored club.

Just to let you all know we are now members of the CTT.

Treasurer report £26 in the bank

2007 subscription fee agreed at £20
1. Agreed to pay P. Annetts £250 to buy outstanding clothing
2. P. Annetts to make list of outstanding clothing + sizes + cost for sale.
Money from sale of goods to go into club bank.
3. Rttc membership to be paid by N. Aldroyd if anyone wants to Time Trial.

Rides:
1. Will continue to meet at 9:00 hrs in winter and revert to 8:30 hrs on Sunday 8th April. (This is the Sunday after the clocks go forward.)
2. Preliminary runs list to be produced by D. Edmondson to include:
a) Longer runs
b) Weekends away (MTB Wales/Bedale)
c) Holidays
d) Club time trials (TT)
3. Longer runs will commence at 8:00 hrs unless stated otherwise on the runs list.

Social events:
1. Summer party to be announced (venue/date) by D & C Edmondson.
2. Christmas party to be announced (venue/date) by P Walker & G Rooks
