Treasurer report £26 in the bank

2007 subscription fee agreed at £20
1. Agreed to pay P. Annetts £250 to buy outstanding clothing
2. P. Annetts to make list of outstanding clothing + sizes + cost for sale.
Money from sale of goods to go into club bank.
3. Rttc membership to be paid by N. Aldroyd if anyone wants to Time Trial.

Rides:
1. Will continue to meet at 9:00 hrs in winter and revert to 8:30 hrs on Sunday 8th April. (This is the Sunday after the clocks go forward.)
2. Preliminary runs list to be produced by D. Edmondson to include:
a) Longer runs
b) Weekends away (MTB Wales/Bedale)
c) Holidays
d) Club time trials (TT)
3. Longer runs will commence at 8:00 hrs unless stated otherwise on the runs list.

Social events:
1. Summer party to be announced (venue/date) by D & C Edmondson.
2. Christmas party to be announced (venue/date) by P Walker & G Rooks

2. Majorca holiday final deposit of £214 to be paid by 05/02/2007 to S. Green
3. Benidorm holiday 8 persons to make own transport arrangements to Manchester airport. Resort Hoppa private coach to take us from Alicante-Benidorm all paid for.
4. Germany Ironman hotel Continental Frankfurt to be booked by individual room.
5. Clubman Sheild to be engraved by D Edmondson.
6. 25 members have paid their subscriptions, 5 to pay.
7. There is now a web page kindly produced by our new member Lukas and can be accessed via this link: garforthwheelers.blogspot.com. This contains the runs list at present but will be used further later. A big thankyou to lukas.
